A poster with no life is saying about Nozzpack and GoldNHill:
I would bet that neither are geologists.
Nothing about GoldNHills posts show any sort of real understanding of geology, or mining in general.
Did that poster tell you that they were a geologist?
I would not be one bit surprised if at one time they seen the tunnels.... but more likely with a pick and shovel and wheelbarrow.
They don't answer any of the technical questions that they are asked. But they like to post. That suggests to me that they really don't have the answers to the questions. Which suggests they are not a geologist.
Did they tell you that they were? or do you know that they are?
This poster is embarrassing itself once again. Thinking that GoldNHill is not a geologist is just proving that it does not know anything about the company, its historic and Goldboro. It is proving once again its true motives: publishing negative statements about anyone in order to attack their credibility. I have known GoldNHill for a long time, since the Orex days in fact, and I'm not the only one.
He has been around a long time. And probably has lots of shares.
I think that he might be getting up in age. And after holding the dream for 40 years it might be time to sell.
The poster likely would not tell you if they were selling, and would try to talk the company up as much as possible.
Don't trust anyone on stockhouse unless they are "bashing"
Everybody has their own strategy. I cannot talk for GoldNHill, but buying low and selling higher is usually how you make money. I know he, like myself too, supported the SP when it was much higher. I never saw him bash the stock, like this poster is doing, to get shares cheaper. Jeez, he even buys at market price (he said himself that he does not have the patience to wait for a bid to get filled) so he definitely does not have the profile of a pumper or a basher.
Stifel.... 2.5 million this month
anonymous sold about 1.3 million since the beginning of the year.
Paradigm.... just about 400 000
Why are they dumping? Don't put it on "bashers" for the price going down.
The "bashers" just discuss the stock honestly.
The people selling millions of shares don't post on here and tell us why.
Why are they dumping? To get a share of the company at the cheapest price as possible. Bashers just discussed the stock "honestly"? Wow! Bashers do not own the stock but can be paid by the companies mentionned above to do it for them.
About the CFO:
He told me that they had no position when they took over this company.. and they buy the shares on the market to build up their positions like the rest of us all do.
The transaction today, exercising rights at a much lower price. That causes me to question the validity of his message.
He probably meant that they did not have any shares when they joined the company. Now he benefits from the company's stock options plan and he is exercising what he is allowed too.
About the CEO:
he probably needs a paycheque like most of us. But I don't think that a person should go on a webinar and state they are putting all of their paycheques into buying shares, when the sedi website does not show that to be true.
Once again, this poster is just providing misinformation as after a check on SEDI, we can plainly see that Kevin bought on the public market and also in the different financing: he bought/exercised more than 1.4M shares from 2018 until December 2022. I guess that this poster does not know how to make queries in SEDI (but I think he knows... it just want to misinformed as usual).
I agree that Kevin Bullock has a bad habit of exagerating things sometimes when trying to make a point. Smart people usually know when to consider things at face value or not. Kevin paid more than 60 cents sometimes, so if we use 40 cents as the average price, it means he invested more than 500 000$ into the company. That might not be "all his salary" but it's a big chunk.
I hope to see him support the SP again if he is not in black out.
