Who can raise $400 million?

Does anyone know of a junior company that needed $400 million to develop a mine and did it?

Don't say MOZ.  They had $150 million cash when they went looking for a loan of $175 million.

Has any junior company ever done it before with just the mine.  With debt?
Without the Lundin's being involved?  Or Sprott's?


Maybe this will be a first to my knowledge.

I did invest in one years ago.  And can't even remember the name at the moment.  But the guy lives right across from the dingle near the rotary in Halifax.  It's like a 10 million dollar house.  Maybe Belmont on the drive.  I used to have a girlfriend from that street lol... But that company I did make a lot of. Same as Corridor.  You take your chances. I

GoGold did it during different times than today.  And most of the money was raised at bought deal financing around $2.50 a share. I don't think that Signal is looking at bought deal financing at $2.50 a share.  I think they announced they are raising money at .30 a share, with warrants. And their financings that they did do, were at 2.8% interest.  Not 20 percent interest
