2024

8.3 million remain
Administrative costs were reduced by 53% - at least reduced for the last quarter in the year
(Then they can rise again in the next few quarters or return to their old level)
Permits for a mine still need to be obtained.
There is no more mention of them building a mine.
How is that supposed to work with currently 20 million in market capital and only 9 million in cash.
The mine will remain a dream.
Anaconda had bad memories and the new name Signal will be remembered even worse.

And don't forget to say US$21 Million depth (Bridge financing) from Nebari Resources credit aggrement...

Yes, the 21 million should be able to be paid off if Goldboro is sold. They still have 9 million to work with, then it should be over. If all permits are in place and perhaps the third pit is possible, Goldboro could bring in around $30-60/oz in the ground with the newly adapted properties. That would be 120 - 240 million. Finally someone making some sense . Should be $69 an ounce based on averages . Pretty cheap gold  ------ Be careful you don't confuse a producing mine with an exploration mine that takes hundreds of millions to get up and running. And Suppose they get $69 an ounce.  For the open pit portion.  $69 times 1.1 million is about $70 million.  The underground is worth next to ...more

Why would the market cap be $20 million dollars if the company is worth $200 million in a sale?
Comment by Dipdip on Feb 08, 2024 12:16am
Maybe you should read the article . I suspect resource will be 2-3 million soon enough . Not including underground, which you think is next to worthless . I also think permits will be approved soon enough . So in the not so distant future  $90 an ounce for gold in the ground with  huge potential for more ounces is not out of line . If you think only worth 15 cents a share wtf are you ...more

LOL ....Anyone that has actual knowledge of the reserves and Feasability would also know that the bashers are here to fleece the large retail holding. A deal must be getting close as lots of negativity and fear mongering.... Not selling until the FAT LADY SINGS or I lost what I invested here, Good Luck to those holding for several years
