I guess I have a better IQ than you $hifty...

... since you choose to ignore me instead of "debating" (that's an inside between him and me)! You take the easy way out.

I could publish some of the private messages you sent me to show to the posters here your real personnality. Forums/bullboards are there for discussing/debating and I always try to not shoot the messenger... but debating about the message. Well sometimes I guess I break the rule when I call some posters "bashers" but knowing that there are sharks on the bullboards and that THE BEAST is a real gem... it's just normal that I'm protective about the company.

On my side, I'm always open to all opinions backed up with facts. $hiftyone has some interresting points regarding some of the risks the company is facing about the debt. But he forgets to point the good things also and seems to blame everything that is happening to the SP to management. He and others that are always blaming management, without being constructive, are bringing nothing good IMO.

If you have something that you would like to change, at least be serious and propose something constructive. If you think management must be changed, then be proactive and propose some names or write a case and convince people at the AGM to vote them off. If you cannot than sell your shares and move on. It does not bring anything positive/constructive vibe just saying they should have done that, after the fact and not knowing the context.

What's happens if they don't have enough vote at the AGM ??? We have to pay Kevin about 750,000$ (just double check in is contract, it's in the clause...) ???

Benji, the real question is "Why would you vote against management at the next AGA?". What do you blame them for? Do you think they are responsible for the fall in the stock price? Last year, we could have voted against them knowing that they would sell Point-Rousse and entered into a contract with Nebari... no one complained at that time.  Now, I'm wondering if voting ...more

Maybe not at 100% but if the management are not responsible for the fall of the SP. Who is reponsable ???

Benji, Are you expecting sincerely expecting that SGNL #1 Pumper would blame the Management?!  You've been on this Board for a long time, you should know that he keeps defending them!  From his last post, "Why would you vote against management at the next AGA?". What do you blame them for?" Another proof........

Hey Rogg, please be constructive and present us a plan to replace them instead of constantly crying "boohoohoo, I do not like management". All your posts are criticizing management... but without bringing meat to the discussion. Please find us a better management and I will vote with you!

Hi DoumDiDoum, you don't answer and it's a very simple question.

Quel est ta question Benji? Tu veux savoir qui est responsable? Moi je dis que c'est le march comme expliqu dans la publication que j'avais mis en lien. Si ce n'est pas la question, quelle est-elle?

1st it's a public board here so I will post what I want to post here! If you don't like it, just put me on ignore... I'm not here to find new friends and the last thing I want is your vote, clearly we don't fit! 2nd everyone has his definition of "meat", never been a fan of yours... 3rd I've already answered to you a few weeks ago where I consider Management has ...more

Thanks for your answers Rogg, it's appreciated. I'm not here to make friends neither. I'm here to make money, like everyone on the board. You think I pump, I think I'm not. If only SGNL share price would have been low when others are doing well, perhaps I would consider that management is not the right one to find against the sharks. DDD said,  It's brutal out there... they want us on the cheap. ------------ DDD... the problem is that no one wants you.  No one wants a 1.1 million ounce project that is going to cost them $400 million, plus general admin costs while it is being built.  Knowing that the price of gold could easily be $1600 in a couple of years.
