I wonder how much it cost Paul to acquire the 555,556 shares?  Coincidentally, it is the exact same number as rights granted to other insiders in the last couple of months.  Or the exact same number of shares as were granted to Ian in March for compensation of services.    Free of charge except for the services provided. The sedi report doesnt tell much.  It is code 30

A good point Shiftyone...maybe if it was at zero cost, it could be compensation for efforts related to bringing a Partner on  board?   Who knows! Regardless it is a big chunk on the plus side as opposed to the sell side which would Signal negatively. Juniors are struggling...few are catching a bid.  Some seniors are doing well in this ATH gold environment PAAS AND AEM are good

What were you expecting?!!?.... Serious nothing good is happening lately, financial issues, bad management and the PR issued after market just proved it, only the voting results in it!!....  SGNL ridiculous AGM results.... None received over 90% votes for, 2 in the 60's!! And sadly the biggest surprise for me is that Clown in charge received over 80% votes for?!....

We forgot our annual meeting votes (to late)...3,4 millions shares in votes withheld for next year...if SGNL will be exist next year ??

Hey Roggy, I was about to ask if anyone attended the meeting. I did not and I did not vote neither. Let's say that I have lot of stuff going on right now. Anyway. With the current markets, we let the lid on the pan and we wait. Nothing more to do. Oh yes... one thing you can do is selling your shares if you're not happy with the company. That's about the most active decision you can
