Given their prior success with provincial permits, I was optimistic for this one, but nothing is a guarantee with government permits so yes I would consider this a danger removed. in any case, the slow-moving permitting process hurts us because it delays the overall project. glad we've cleared this hurdle - is the federal fisheries one the only outstanding permit?
