Management: Good Or Bad?

Just to make it clear, as some seems to misunderstand my thinking about management, my opinion is that generally, management (that is not specifically directed to Kevin Bullock for your info) was neither BAD nor GOOD. They did take some GOOD and BAD decisions, and longtime readers here know that I always pointed the good and bad shots.

I'm doing DD presently as we have a say (through our votes) about the ultimate decision management  (including the BoD) took for the company: the merger with NEXGold. I would like to have a discussion about that, not about either if the management was actually GOOD or BAD. My opinion is that it does not have a big impact about the decision (voting) we need to do. Do not get me wrong: it did have an impact about the situation we are in, but we have to vote on a clear proposition and that's what important. But debating about the fact that it was BAD or GOOD will not bring a constructive discussio. My drea would be that we build a kind of "Pros" and Cons" list together so it could help us during our decision making process.

I invite all shareholders that would have a voting power in December in the discussion about the merger. I think that old fights about this and that will not help in the discussion. Let's stick to the facts I'm sure we can share our opinions respectfully without doing name calling and stuff like that.

So, who's with me?
