If I didn't make the cut, I can post for days.

The  current president of NEXG is stepping aside for a little while.  He has been working on this deal 7 and a half days a week for a long time.  He wants to spend some tme with his son.

He will stll be a board member, and he states that he will not be a board member who goes to a meeting every 3 months.  i forget the wording... but he will be much more hands on.

but... spending some time with his son.

It makes me wonder if Kevin as CEO is a permanent thing?  Or could it be possible that the deal was negotiated with Kevin being CEO for a little while.  Whlle Morgan Lekstrom takes a break for a while.

Would Kevin get severance from SGNL after the Merger?  If he only lasts a certain amount of time with NEXG, would he be entitiled to severance from them as well?

I don't know... but I throw these ideas out as brainstorming.  What is possible?

May we ask how you know that NEXG's current president is stepping down for a little while?

It's in the interviews... unless there is another interpretation? Did you get it differently?

It had escaped me, no doubt because of my poor English. Thank you for your reply.
