Signal Gold Inc > A new offer would be great!

A new offer would be great!

It would be a great thing if somebody would make a better offer then 0,08 CAD.

Maybe St. Barbara or another mining company could offer 0,16 oder 0,24 CAD for each share.

This would be a great turnaround in November for us shareholders as we waited far to long to sell our shares.

Hey iq4u, if you remember when ANX did his hostile bid, MAE shareholders were not just "accepting it" without a bit of fight. When ANX saw that their bid was not going to pass, they offered better. I think that NEXG can be the one offering more as they need us too! If someone is offering to buy one of your property (read here your SGNL shares) at a price you find too low, will you not ...more

Hi DoumDiDoum, I am just disappointed about 0,08 CAD. When I read the interviews and see the videos on youtube I get the feeling that Goldboro will be in production first and Goldboro has much more ounces in open pit. We also do not have an updated FS. Perhaps I will vote with 1M+ shares against the merger. My most expensive shares I bought have been in the nineties and that is why I can not ...more

Now, 2,9 Mshares against Merger (my friend just sold 400,000 shares...)

iq4u, you are the one holding the list of shareholders with their position in SGNL. You can update my position to be 408K and the one from Mestengo to 141K. I just had a call with Mestengo and he told me he would vote against the deal. I calculated that 85M shares are needed to have the deal reconsidered. As a first step, if we can demonstrate here that we can get a nice chunk, we will force ...more

Hello, I have 500,000 shares, I would also like to vote against. Can you get together on WhatsApp?

Poker   Hi DDD,   I don’t think it is a great idea to view this offer as a starting point. This OFFER is a NEGOCIATED deal between the Management of both companies, and it also extends to other important actors like Nebari and deep pocket investors involved in the financings. The BMO process has run its course, and it seems this is the best offer for current shareholders in the ...more

Agree 100%...we would flounder and be diluted to death! Debt relief and a path to production (that can be financed)...yes the upside is not as great as doing it alone, but the market has put single asset Goldboro in a tough spot.  We now have a life.  LETS MOVE ON ASAP

Thanks for your comments Grumpy. Now we have a discussion. The bullboard (except for Shiftyone) was pretty quiet.I'll consider this while fixing the needle to the proper side.

DDD.  How do you come up with 85 million shares? the placement is about to close and there will be about 359 million shares. You need one third of that to have it not pass.  that is about 120 million. Not 85 million.
