Manipulation?

I'm not sure if the deal is good or bad. Just find it odd, that 20+M shares have traded in last month with no change in price. Someone trying to prop up or hold down the price? Who benefits the most (I don't think it's the retail investor). OSC should follow the money!
 How hard would it be to buy a board that has the potential on deciding a $B in assets? Promiss job? maybe stock options etc.? I don't know, just odd.
BTW I control 1+M shares.

Question also is: "Are the shareholders getting those 20M+ will vote in favor of the deal?" I would guess that will be the case. Also, high retail shareholders ratio has always been pointed out as an issue by management.  I'm pretty sure that the current PP and also the bulk of the market buys could be from the institutional side OR some retails with money/liquidity wanting to ...more
