5 to 1 ratio water to oil........they dont insulate water pipes in texas

If temperatures don't usually ever fall below freezing, I suppose there wouldn't be much incentize to winterize most things...hence the weather conditions of the past week or so, wreaking havoc down there

Lol...i don't think Texas really cares about anybody, including the citizens of Texas... That being said, the black swan weather conditions there do/did very much impact the oil market in general.

You Sir Are 100 percent Correct, Then Didn't Give A $hit when Leaving Alberta with a Bunch of Spills not cleaned up and abandoned wells for the Canadian tax payer to clean up,next time the Americans come back for our oil make them put a 50 million dollar deposit before they drill
