Probably nobody would love a dividend more than those guys.

Yes, but you might be surprised at their priorities. That insiders are so heavily committed means that they are very cognisant of the ticking time-bomb of too much debt; particularly having lived through the past two years.  I am sure that, like all of us, they want to see a dividend again, but before moving on to that, they will want to make that ticking to stop.   Free cash flow is ...more

Well presented Blackdog. I agree 100%. Paying down debt will result in increased share price. You just need to look at the events of the last couple of days to appreciate that. Also I would guess that the increase in share price will out-value any dividend SGY might be willing to pay right now, If they were willing to pay it.  I would prefer they put cash in the bank and get the company out ...more
