Yup...I guess that basically explains the recent underformance...hopefully we start moving up from here, now that the deal/dilution are finalized

Yes, but since this was announced first, this may be good sign for upcoming update (if we ever see it, thinking maybe tomorrow) and earnings.

Indeed...yet the information has now become "public" as of today. I guess we'll see if the news has already been priced in, when trading resumes tomorrow.
