WHAT ARE DIVIDENDS.? WHAT STOCK PRICE DO YOU START TO PAY.?

Dividends are a long ways off. Let SGY get on a strong financial footing. No sense starting dividends for a short time only to cut again.

I would think the priority would be backfilling the nearly 2000 bopd of Sparky production they sold off to Tamarack. That is a lot of drilling. So drilling and/or debt repayment.

Increased production and serviced debt will or all things being equal should cause an increased SP that exceeds any dividend paid over short term.  I am happy to collect dividends at a higher SP resulting from SGY getting it's house in order.

No way the div is going to happen in 21. The hedges are to poor. But 22 looks real good.
