No its a simple change of ownership

The existing sgy insiders will be bought out by the new guys(astra)..........the current sgy management will be gone......replaced by current astra management........astra is owned by private equity dont forget.......the private equity firm that owns astra will make a bid for all the remaining sgy stock it does not own.......then the private equity company will own sgy 100% and they will remain a publicly traded company......they might do a name change and ticker symbol change is all

If all what you say happens we will most likely never see a Dividends again. If this stock gets to $1.50 before deal closed good time to sell.
