Forced by banks consolidation?

Noticed they said the bank facility of 215 million was a new facility........if this is true then the consolidation was required by the banks to avoid bankruptcy........the choice was clear either play ball or game over.......once paul was told to consolidate he decided he might ad well get something out of the situation........much like the forced asset sale to tamarack......the banks are obviously out to get this company? As paul said on the confetence call the banks are picking the winners and losers
