Astra will get 32% equity in sgy?

I was wondering why will astra get that much equity in sgy if they are only contribute 20% to total production........nobody pays any money for drill locations any more so it can only be the they know they are going to get diluted post deal by a minimum of 12% and the actual number is unknown but will likely be up to 100% dilution due to the extreme consolidation down to 71 million shares......imo the share count will be back to 150 million in less than a month............this will mean your 1 share will now be .5 share.......if you can live with that by all means stay invested in surge

You need to add in the debt into the calculation, not just the shares. Once you add debt + shares from both, the Astra purchase is a good deal.
