They could have bought oil companies in 2020 useing shares

Tell me why they can buy companies in 2021 useing 63 cent shares but not buy companies in 2020 useing 20 cent shares? Same thing posdibly they could have aquired more assets at 20 cents than they did at 63 cents?

LOL, in 2020 they just about went under. You think anyone would give them anything. But in 21 it looked like they had a fighting chance. In 22 they will be back to investment grade.
