Thats quite a complex document

If sgy management was as good at running the business of producing oil as it is in making complex documents.............we would not be in the position of looking in the discount bin at walmart for private oil companies on sale

Documents  are made  by lawyers ,accountants printers ,translators not   the company  so  much  and we  shareholders pay  thru the nose  for them.
