I predicted no free cash flow and 320 million debt.........i thought i did rather well .......i think even pennydredful was impressed.....lol

"I predicted no free cash flow" Correct, however you failed to mention that they did have cash flow that they used for investing and financing. So, as a shareholder you ended up not with cash but more assets.
