You are correct on that account, IMO they didn't force them to hedge. OBE had their backs to the wall as well, with more debt and ARO and they hedged next to nothing.

Not  all  material  information is  passed   to  shareholders on  an  instanteous basis .  When   it  is passed   is  at the discretion   of the BOD   and   management.

I agree...That is not required disclosure under securities law...having said that the bank did force the sale transaction....it was right in the revised credit agreement on SEDAR...I think people are in denial if they think the banks do not have them on a short leash....why do you think they have a very short time between the redetermination of the credit facility...this is where the Bank forces ...more
