How about this? Maybe that 51 million was invested in sgy convertible debentures and they threarened to bankrupt sgy unless the did the deal..........this could explain alot of things imo.....but that is just nonsense talking again on my part

Debenture   holders  are  powerless   as   long  as  interest  payments   are  being   made  and  principal   repayed
