IF ALL OF THE NEWS THAT CAME OUT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE GOOD.?

No much increase in stock price today, only 1.18%. Not even at the break even point.

For me the news is great because there is no financing issues to deal with and now it is just a focus on how much FCF they can generate, buyback stock, and pay a dividend.  These small Canadian oil stocks can do nothing for some time then explode upwards.  I am focused on holding through 2022.

With a 280 mil debts and huge interest hard to do this in mid to late 2022 buyback stock, and pay a dividend. You must be a new shareholder after share consolidtion.

Any idea what the average interest cost is for the debt?

What is the interest rate on the new first lien secured credit facility?
Comment by fortunefavorsus on Dec 10, 2021 2:05pm
It should be pretty good because there is little risk to them now that the assets far exceed their loan amount.  Second lien interest is always much higher interest.

Calculated as $225 million in 2022 forecast cash flow from operating activities, less $120 million in exploration and development capital, for $105MM or $1.26 per share of free cash flow. $1.26 per share divided by a $4.25 SGY share price results in a 30% free cash flow yield.
