They are unable to grow production even with $120 cap ex?
If they spend more cap ex to grow then the dividend if off the table.........if they bring back the dividend they might get a higher share price which can then be diluted to either buy more priduction barrels or issue more stock to reduce debt and therefore maintain the dividend..........untrustable management imo
