Yes please put me on ignore

I have put two on ignore myself. I will try to avoid this board and leave it to the cheerleaders who have no clue about market dynamics. Let ignorance be bliss for them.

Anyone who does not want objective insight should then put me on ignore. If you want to make money in the stock market find red flags in your investments and be very realistic. A smart investor would like its money to work harder and faster.

Most of the stuff I have been saying has been confirmed by PC. He did not fully answer the question that the share prices were depressed because of cheap dilution and reverse spit but said that there were venture funds that were dumping the dilution shares through Peters and National. Look at the house position for the last one month and you will see Anonymous the top seller then, Peters and National. National did have a few block trades.

Some of those shares are still coming out and they are coming out through Anonymous. I will educate the ones who don't know about Anonymous. There is a broker code option that allows mostly institutional platforms to hide the broker code. Retail platforms from major banks do have that option. Few retail trading platforms offer that and one if them is  Interactive broker gives you an option. you go to the setting and select the option and all your trades become anonymous. I have used it myself. Most of the trades that come out of Anonymous are institutional trades. Big accumulation and shorting are usually done by institutions using anonymous. Most trades from CIBC are HFT by CIBC itself but it also includes some retail trades which are only a fraction.

PC is also peddling the same research that is being used by ERIC about the rating of oil companies based on free class low. And I had posted about that.

It is true that this company is undervalued based on the FCF that it will generate and because this stock is laggard and other companies have run in prices. This stock is taking time but will catch up eventually. It is sitting in a penalty box because of the action of the company. The stock offers real value but still, other institutions have not fully absorbed the old cheap dilution.

Till very recently huge sales were coming out of Anonymous that is multiple institutions, Peters and National. The biggest distribution of 19 million shares net 6 million come out anonymous last month. There is HFT that takes place through Anonymous too.  National bank net sales for the month were only 242654 shares because some of the large trades were block crosses. On Jan 12 National crossed the following two blocks

09:54:00 H 5.30 0.07 2,084,789 80 National Bank 80 National Bank ZW

10:40:39 H 5.40 0.09 5,000,000 80 National Bank 80 National Bank Z

In the last month, alone From Dec 28 to Jan 28 about  60.7 million shares traded. From Jan 1 to Jan 28 about 58.6m shares traded In the whole month of December, only 15m shares traded. So in two months about 71.3 m shares traded. While some of the cheap shares have been absorbed not all. You would need three times the turnover of the entire float at least to absorb 50 % dilution of the entire float., CEO threw the old shareholder under the bus with cheap massive dilution and reverse split. Now all those cheap shares will not come to the market at current prices. In the interview, he admitted that the dilution of shares had impacted the share price. He said they were absorbed but that is not fully correct.

One has to watch distribution coming out of Anonymous, Petters and National. If there are any crosses from National those may also be  dilution shares.

Unsure what the point of your post is....we know all of this already...forced sale for cash....I will bet forced acquisitions for equity for more production using equity to buffer the debt. I have been critical of managements lack of communication....we are being saved by high oil prices and I am glad we are finally hearing some communication from management and some honesty around the challenges ...more
