If this annoys you or causes you concern, I would suggest that you sell your stock and move on.  Murray has every right to sell his stock, when he wants. We live in a free market. He owes no one an explanation.

From 2015 to 2021, he was a buyer. That is six years where all he did was buy and help build the company to what it is today.

All true, but equally true is selling at $10.37...as another poster stated, if the stock is still undervalued, why now? He may have perfectly justifiable reasons, but the optics always stink.

FFS... in one breath you say "Why now?" and then in the next breath you say, "He may have perfectly justifiable reasons." You've answered your own question! There is no trend of selling activity with regard to Surge Energy... you really are making a mountain out of a mole hill. If there was a trend of selling activity, then yes, that could certainly mean that ...more
