I have been saying for a very long time that Surge should not be paying any dividend until their debt is eliminated. It is now only too clear that the oil price rally is over. Personally I think that WTI will drop to around $75 a barrel! Kherson

I think that they will make an announcement after the dividend is paid tomorrow.
