I'm not sure he made money on this. If so minimal. Wasn't he buying in around high 8s low 9s? But he is most definietly a pumper.

There has not been enough volume for him to have moved his position. The more likely explanation is that it is 11th spot now as he bought a position bigger in another name. It was always his 9th or 10th when in the Top 10.

did i not see where early the spring sgy issued 80 million or something around there in new stock shortly after that in a Nuttal interview  he used words like " yes we were fortunate to able to participate in that issue " last i seen he had 9.9 % and all he could  have in my opinion you could not buy or sell 9.9 % and not have a significant  effect on the stock price I
