Is Morgan Stanley(53) running a short position. Constantly robo trading into the bid. A lot of times they trade between themselves to hit the bid price. Is this even legal. WTI $77.04 +$1.96 and SGY barely moved. Or is there something else looming in the background. Frustrating to watch ACE$

My guess is they are shorting the piss out of surge. If everyone put their shares up for 8.50 and a short squeeze will come on a low volume day and a big jump up.
