I think Eric gave us the reason why he sold out on this segment. I think he tried to get Surge merged and Paul refused so he sold out. Clearly says too small nobody cares and they should find someone to merge with. Paul once again putting his own interests in front of his shareholders.

All these sub 1 billion dollar maket cap companies need to wake up. The current plans are not getting it done during high oil prices and hoping a big fish will swallow you up does not appear to be happining in Canada. Time for small to become revelant and join together. Other wise the big fish will wait for bad times and pay pocket change for the assets. The company is doing well with free cash
