1. Less debt
2. Cash on hand
3. Money for Dividend 
4. Good production 

I'm surprised no Yankee firms are snapping up these types of operators and combining them.

Maybe after the current Canadian govt is gone. International investors have been reluctant to invest in Canada. Good Luck and good ridance to Trudeau and the Liberals. We need a govt thats about Canada first.

More the issue is that smaller firm management teams (Surge included) dont want to sell out given they lose their cushy Csuite salaries, stock options and expense accounts.
