FOMO

A lot of investors likely bought into this thinking it would climb forever. Well, pandemics end... and so has the tech bubble. Dot bomb, part deux.

Guess what's next... real estate. Yay... you know it always goes up. Remember... real estate and interest rates have an inverse relationship and rates are about to pop. Is it any wonder R.E. is at record levels with interest rates at their lowest ever.

Pass it on to anyone you know who has the FOMO. Unfortunately, you might not get far.. FOMO is a biatch.

I would like to believe that but even if there is a decline, I don't think it'll be a total crash. Too many people and criminals have made out like bandits the past few years and will keep the bubble inflated, the tulips growing, etc. Cdn R.E. has been a great money laundering operation for at least a decade now, and that won't stop. Now if interest rates go up to 1980s levels, then ...more
