Solid earnings!

Solid and increasingly profitable Q.  Concise business plan moving into the future. Baby boomers are all coming into retirement and demand will far outstrip availability.  Beauty future for this company with a proven track record and divy.  This is a $20 stock all day in a better market.  Composure and patience will pay off.

However, this debt ceiling debate seems a bit more ominous than recent ones. So, I won't be surprised of some panic selling. But, I will be waiting in the weeds to pounce.
