Nothing but positive performance and outlook. They will continue to decrease costs through direct hiring of staff and decreasing their dependence on Agencies. Growth will continue through newly built and other refurbished homes and their acquistions coming onstream. If anyone else listened and heard anything negative, please share because I didn't. Covid really crushed this sector. Not only was bed capacity reduced, but families moved their loved ones out. Then, the employee pool dried up forcing homes to hire expensive third party agencies.  Finally, this is coming to an end. Now that covid has officially been declared over as a pandemic by the WHO, the tight labour supply in this sector should start easing and the homes can move ...more

This is moving higher - all comparables are positive and interest rates have peaked - investors are moving toward these income vehicles.  I see $17 in 2024
