This is dead stock

I have been holding 100k of shares of SIA. The movement of this stock is pathetics. Time to trim to 50K. | There are no short covering of this stocks.

Well (if we conider this to be a REIT), the performance hasn't been that bad comparatively.  We'd be in single figures if we were mirroring a number of REITS.  Under $12 is a great defensive buy with a sustainable dividend and improving metrics in the short-term and favourable demographics in the long-term.  I hold over 10,000 shares and about 5% underwater at the moment ...more
