DON'T BUY

He recommended this when shares were beaten up during Covid. The government wasn't going to let SIA fail. But he sold all shares around $14, because operating costs (labour) will forever will be higher. It's a tougher business now, though SIA is managed well and demand is huge from the aging population.

It's seems that Takacsy comments on SIA are generally very good. Doesn't have any excuses regarding this stock except for a possible increase on expenses du to COVID. It's odd since SIA managment are expecting lower cost related to COVID and a steady increase in rental ratio. Looking good for whats coming ahead, specially if there a decrease of the interest rate that the market expect ...more

It will go higher as interests rates go lower..
