Sia should have very solid numbers FEB 20th
My target was 13-15 bucks
BUT I now think higher if they have solid results 
at 17 the divy would be 5.5% yield and still higher than Chartwell currently at 5.04 %
Niagra falls project is now complete and should be ramping up rentals and provide increased revenue Q1

I am extremly positve about the last 2 day trades at EOD on Thursday and Friday
