Pre-covid = $19.72

Feb 19, 2020 just before the world shuttered for covid this was trading for $19.72. At $15 today this is still dirt cheap as it sits 31% below that level.

Ground zero for covid was LTC. That time has passed. Four years later we are that closer to a long term care crises and shortage of beds for a rapidly aging society. The next 10 -15 years will see the greatest demand in the sector.

Good point... even more data to support how undervalued this still is.

Sorry, unless inflation of revenue is far iutstripping inflation of costs, inflation should not affect the SP. As we have seen, there is a lag between the two, but that's all. Plus, interest rates are higher than 2018 and will likely be for some time. i would, however, buy into an SP of $20 by end of 2027.

Still don't buy it. If you could magically increase an SP through inflation, we'd all be fully invested in Zimbabwe.
