On a positive note.

TD is in the process of investing $125M, potentially $144M into SIA.  Canadian banks have a history of knowing how to make money. Short interest is also down.. give this another 6 months and we're trading consistently at 52 week highs.

How is TD investing 125 million into SIA?

He means TD are underwriting the share sale.  If no-one wants to buy them, they are oin the hook to do so.  Not an issue here!

Chartwell had an offering in June and had it timed to close in 7 days whilch it did. Sienna announced their offering on Aug. 12 (a week after the flash crash) and said it would close on or about Aug. 28. They gave this 2 weeks and it should close next Wednesday.
