I Sold My Shares Today
Only because I am nervous about them being a one mine company, and I am not sure what management will do next to grow. I don't know if I made the right decision, but at least I made some money on the stock. I thought the stock would go to $16 or more someday, but it is not there right now.
Frank giustra said size matters in this business, and right now Silvercrest is a single asset play.

First majestic commented on SIL, when buying Gatos, they were looking at SIL, but as expected, mkt cap is too high for them, AG has now 5 mines, but only 2 good, Santa Elena is one of them, former Silvercrest mine

I see there is a law firm investigating the buyout of Gatos Silver. I guess the offer is being deemed inadequate by that law firm.

Gatos has only 7 years of production, that means drilling, and uncertanty, this is problem at all mines that AG has, drilling eats profit and its not cheap, I think that price is fair, there is a lot of upside at AG share price, so Gatos shareholders should be good, 2nd half should be much better then 1st, for AG,

That is not a lot of remaining mine life for Gatos Silver. I wonder if Silvercrest management is looking at some of the assets that Newmont has for sale?
