More dilution in the pipeline and most have already lost close to 40% when investing at the higher levels. Could easily dip to $4.50 which will panic more into selling. GL.

You should go hang out with the know nothings on CEO.CA...."DILUTION:!!!  OMG!  They're raising money to build the mine!!!  How dare they!!  They single handedly caused all gold miners to drop!!!  The stock should only go up!!! Ever look at a stock chart?  They tend to zig and zag.   The $64 million is CAPEX so it comes off the financing total ...more

Get ready for more equity financings, upward revisions of cost estimates, and likely delays to their Q1 2026 first pour target date (which is already almost 3 years away) as these guys plow through the permitting process, evironmental assessement approvals at both the provincial and federal levels, securing full financing for a mine build via debt / more equity raises / streaming agreement in a ...more

Oh yeah, forgot - SKE also needs to strike agreements with any First Nation communities who are deem to have claims on the land. In my opinion, SKE management is greatly exaggerating the potential of this company.

Maybe you're more of a visual learner, so take a look at the pretty colors of SKE's latest slide deck presentation dated May 2023. Scroll down to page 18 and you'll find SKE will be producing an updated Feasibility Study and trying to get project financing in H2 2023, and environmental assessment approvals and other required permits by H1 2025 - that would be about two years from now ...more

SKE will have the mine life up to 12 years this year....they are not in any way dependent upon new discoveries. The Feasibility study speaks for itself...try reading it
