SKE Timeline To Start of Construction

Projected timeline estimates from SKE's PR dated June 25, 2023:

H1 2025:
Impact Benefit Agreement with the Tahltan Central Government.
(I think this gets done. SKE has a very good relationship with the Tahltan community)

End of 2025:
All remaining permits required for full scale construction and operation of the mine secured.

2026:
Initiating full scale construction subject to receiving all the required permits and following construction.

H1 2027:
First pour.

I plan on watching this story unfold over the next 12 to 18 months to see how well SKE progresses through the early stages of their projected timeline, especially on the permitting side (including the resolution of any/all potential issues with SEITC). I'll probably make my investment decision on this name sometime in H2 2025 if SKE has made good on their projected progress on permitting and it looks likely that the remaining permit(s) (particularly from the Feds) will be received.

Don't want to get into a political argument here, but if Rustad intends to issue 17 mining permits, presumably these 17 projects in very different stages of the permitting process, that would cause no end of litigation and probably delay all projects. I could be wrong but I find it hard to believe that a candidate would say such a stupid thing.
