USFS issues FONSI, drilling is a GO!

Today the USFS issued a Finding of  No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the planned drilling.

Anyone seen a map or plan for the "up to 10,000m of drilling"? I was unable to get anything from the USFS's website.

The trenching and surface exploration work they've done sure look promising.

There's a 60-day comment period after the FONSI was released, then the USFS finally issues something... and drilling can begin. Also read that nobody would likely drill that area of South Dakota until April (I guess only Canadians can drill in winter weather?). Drilling will probably begin in late spring, or summer 2024.
