Stalking horse

The value in the LR deal will be as stalking horse going through permit process. If they can get permits in the timeline they suggest, mid-year, it will have huge positive implications for Solaris, Solgold and everyone else. I don't believe a Western company has been granted a mining permit since Kinross at FdN.

Back to Adventus-Luminex, you gotta believe this deal gives instant cash and credibility. I have no idea how much additional equity will be needed to build this El Domo mine, but that is a next summer kind of problem. If Adventus can get all the necessary permits, that will be a MAJOR accomplishment. Just a throw-away thot, if this deal works, if things fall into place...you gotta believe Solitario will be worth more than a nickel!
