Semafo: time to buy!

SMF is a very solid. company. Some brokers have a $6.00 price target within the next twelve months. Terrorists attacks have been pricy: the stock trades down at $2.85 today. This is a very low price; so I decided to buy a good position because the price will jump when the news of a reopening will be announced. At that time, it will be to late to buy!
