Fire everybody. Move all sg&a funtions to lima, peru. 2. Stop bleeding in mexico. Sell both mexican mines or just give both mines away. Neither mexican mine ever turned a profit so even just walking away benefit company. 3. Peru mine only profitable mine. Focus on that. Any new mine operations need to be in peru so company dont have to pay minority shareholders cash dividend to support mexican opns as has been case historically.
