So company hiring restructuring experts to advise on path forward. Board and mgmt dont need higly compensated folk advice to figure this out. Here is plan. 1. Shut all offices on canada. Fire everybody. Move all sg&a funtions to lima, peru. 2. Stop bleeding in mexico. Sell both mexican mines or just give both mines away. Neither mexican mine ever turned a profit so even just walking away benefit company. 3. Peru mine only profitable mine. Focus on that. Any new mine operations need to be in peru so company dont have to pay minority shareholders cash dividend to support mexican opns as has been case historically.

So a year forward from this post.. Cusi is on care and maintenance awaiting a sale.  No reason to be on care and maintenance other than ARC and Sierra can not agree to the amount ARC would have to pay to get the mine free and clear and then they could operate it the way they feel is right.  Throw in the other Mexican mine get them to pony up $100 million and let's call it a day

Came over here from Generation mining board (We also had a big day!). Does anyone have insight on your spike basically all at the end of day between 350 and 410pm?

I was upset for most of the day.. I had resently sold GENM and added to SMT.. So, until the end of the day I was out of sorts.. still time to add to both positions.
