SOBO Trading At 9.5% Dividend At $29.00

.69 per quarter dividend as they state. Sounds like a great deal to me. S/P will go up as soon as the dust settles. Should head toward $34.

Can you source this, I am looking at a slide that shows SOBO having 14% split of TRPs divvy which is 96c on TSX so your looking at 13c.

Re dividends. On South Bow web site they expect to announce on November 7 a $0.69 cent dividend paid on January 31 to shareholders December 31. If that happens that is annual dividend of $2.76 I expect TRP dividend would then be roughly $0.82 or $3.288 per year. The $3.288 dividend assumes there is no increase to the TC Energy dividend. 13.44 cents to be exact based on your math.  Now multiply that number by 5 since there will be one fifth as many SOBO shares. 5 x 13.44 cents = 67.2 cents per quarter so the 69 cents estimate makes sense.
