ACB split

Just noted this AM that both TC Energy and South Bow websites now detail ACB split as:

9% of ACB to SOBO

91% to (new/residual) TRP

Details found within documentation re Canadian tax implications of spinoff .... no press release seen!

Thanks, 9% is also what TD Direct Investing has assigned to my new SOBO.TO shares, and what I will use for tax accounting as shares are in our taxable account.
