Maybe they are working on a creative deal thier consultants secured for them?? Rarely seen a halt this long though..has anyone else??

I agree, although happy for them it's odd to me they didn't mention how many wells or the aro liability - I'm very familiar with the area as my wife grew up there and there are a lot of old well sites and facilities that will not be cheap to reclaim.

I will admit I did not see that coming. No idea if it is a good deal or not as we don't know the specifics of the properties, that will play out over time. Very ballsy move to finance most of it with debt. If I was an existing shareholder I am not sure how I would feel. You are behind all that debt if things go sideways and the fiancings appear to be at $0.11 plus a warrant at $0.16 so short ...more
